We Shanxi Jingwei Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. mainly produce spinning machine (wet

method, dry-jet and wet method),  stretching machine, drawing machine; also special parts

including metering pump, spinneret, chemical fiber big spindle.  Our products are best-selling

throughout China and many countries all over the world!

Our History 

Our company comes from China Textile Machinery Group Since 1960.

It can be divided into the following stages: 

Initial stage of establishment (1951-1954): 

Construction of the factory was started in May 1951, and completed and put

into operation in August 1954.

It was the largest textile machinery factory in New China under the chairmanship of

Chen Yi (陈毅), who then was the first mayor of Shanghai, and one of the Ten Marshals 

of the People's Republic of China. 

Entrepreneurship & Expansion (1955-1979): 

Viscose filament spinning machines represented by R531 and HR401, gold-platinum

alloy spinnerets and metering pumps, have been successfully developed and put into

production with the help of Democratic Germany and the Former Soviet Union. 

Innovative Development (1980-2014): 

During this period, we embarked on the road of independent research and

development. Independent research and development of VC443 series nylon and

polyester stretching machine, VC432 series heavy denier stretching machine, KV518

series parallel winding machine, HS series acrylic spinning machine, H1401 series

viscose staple spinning machine, JWK7411 series protein fiber spinning machine, high

strength and high modulus vertical spinning machine, and other special fiber spinning

machines, fullfill the gaps in the field of chemical fiber equipment manufacturing in

China, As wel as continuous optimization of R&D and manufacturing level of metering

pump, spinneret and other special parts.

Sustainable Development (January 8, 2015 to present): 

With the approval of the Executive Council of Hengtian Group Yuci Branch of China,

Jinzhong Jingwei Chemical Fiber Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.

Mr. Wang Xiaowei was the general manager. 

With the success of trial spinning of JW1428 viscose continuous spinning machine, we

ushered in a new leap-forward development period, sales revenue doubled for two

consecutive years, school-enterprise cooperation deepened, management level made

great strides forward. 

And in 2019, we were successfully restructured into joint-stock companies, renamed

with Shanxi Jingwei Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. from Jinzhong Jingwei

Chemical Fiber Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
